Task

Choose one of the pre-defined architectural strategies to find developing possibilities of the former

panoramatic socialist cinema center "Hviezda" in Trnava. Find solutions for attracting more people

and spatial options for various types of events.

Description

Chosen architectural strategy is - small changes, mostly working with the volume already available, reorganisation.

Idea was to create many possibilities within the space. Divided space can be used on its own or in some ways the space can be opened and enlarged when needed. Before, the hall used to be a cinema or a place for lectures, although most of the time it reached half of its capacity. The project shows how this building could be transformed into multiplex of halls and therefore new options arise for various public or private events.
